Weekly Classes

We offer classes suitable for both girls and boys, aged from babies to teenagers. Students will develop listening and socializing skills while becoming more comfortable with a class setting. Physically, they will develop flexibility, strength, and coordination, as well as their fitness level. Students learn in a fun environment that includes songs, games, and play.

Baby Jump (1-2.5 years) 50 minutes (ratio 1:5)

One parent/guardian must be with child throughout class. This 50 minute class takes advantage of the new found mobility skills of your toddler – encouraging jumping, swinging, hanging, rolling and moving! Your toddler will continue to develop their listening and socializing skills while becoming more comfortable with a class setting. Children continue to develop flexibility, balance, strength and co-ordination through various apparatus’, interactive songs, games and play.

Toddler/Tot Jump (2.5 – 4 years) 50 minutes (ratio 1:4)

Tot jump is a transition class from Baby Jump to Mini Jump. It will work on fostering independence and socialization with other children. We understand that this is a parentless environment and is sometimes a difficult transition for parent and child. We will do everything to make your young one comfortable and happy. Children will continue to develop flexibility, balance, strength and co-ordination using various apparatus’, songs and games, as well as increasing their fitness level.

Mini Jump (4-5 years) 50 minutes (ratio 1:5)

Mini jump will continue to foster your young child’s independence and socialization which is excellent practice for school! Mini Jump participants will begin to learn more advanced fitness and gymnastics skills through circuits, music and games, while continuing to work on flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. No experience required for this class. 

Junior Jump (6-7 years) 60 minutes (ratio 1:6)

Children will continue to develop and be challenged in areas of flexibility, balance, strength and co-ordination as well as continue to acquire knowledge to be active for life. Children will work on their skills of following and performing circuits, participating in group fitness. Junior Jump encourages hard work, positive self-esteem, and promotes positive participation and social skills! No experience required for this class.

Senior Jump (8-9 years) 60 minutes (ratio 1:6)

This 60 minute class is targeted for children who want to get active and have fun in fitness and gymnastics based setting. Using the fitness and gymnastics equipment we will direct your child’s energy towards a positive outlet, providing them the opportunity to master their flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and coordination. Your child will continue to practice their social skills, listening skills and increase their self-confidence. No experience required for this class.

Teen Jump (10-15 years) 60 minutes (ratio 1:7)

This 60 minute class is targeted for children who want to be active and continue to develop their fitness skills. Fitness circuits and gymnastics equipment will be used to get a whole body workout completed. Flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and coordination will be worked on each week while promoting positive self-confidence and self-esteem. No experience required for this class.

Parkour Jump (9-15 years) 60 minutes (ratio 1:6)

Parkour is the sport of moving along a circuit through various obstacles in the quickest and most efficient manner possible, as by jumping, climbing, or running.  This 60 minute class is targeted for children who want to get active and have fun. Using the fitness and gymnastics equipment we will direct your child’s energy towards a positive outlet, providing them the opportunity to master their flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and coordination. Your child will continue to practice their social skills, listening skills and increase their self-confidence.

Ninja Warrior (7 and up) 60 minutes (ratio 1:6)

Ninja classes will include training on our ninja warrior course (running wall, rock climbing, tires, rope climbing etc.), and zip-lining too!  This 60 minute class is targeted for children who want to get active and have fun. Using the fitness and gymnastics equipment we will direct your child’s energy towards a positive outlet, providing them the opportunity to master their flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and coordination. Class sizes are limited.

Programs

It is a challenge for youth to receive their recommended 60 minutes of physical activity a day. It is critical that we not only nurture the mind but also the body. We need to teach the youth of today how important physical activity and physical literacy is. To help keep your children active, we offer school programs, summer camps, classes, and extracurricular events.

Birthday Parties

A Club Jump birthday party is a unique, memorable and engaging experience for the birthday child and their guests. Birthday Parties are for children aged 4 and up and include 1 hour of fitness & gymnastics in the gym plus 45 hour in our party room.

Summer Camps

Summer Camp is for ages 4 and up and will consist of a variety of physical activities such as fitness, gymnastics, dance, yoga, games as well as crafts. Each week will feature a different theme and have guests throughout the summer. Full day and half options available.

School P.A. Day Camp

Join us throughout the school year for Club Jump P.A. Day Camps. We will offer half day and full day options. Camps will consist of a variety of physical activities such as fitness, gymnastics, dance, yoga, games, free play and talent shows. There will also be arts and crafts and some quiet time.
