Children will continue to develop and be challenged in areas of flexibility, balance, strength and co-ordination as well as continue to acquire knowledge to be active for life. Children will work on their skills of following and performing circuits, participating in group fitness. Junior Jump encourages hard work, positive self-esteem, and promotes positive participation and social skills!
