This 50 minute class is targeted for children who want to be active and continue to develop their fitness skills. Fitness circuits and gymnastics equipment will be used to get a whole body workout completed. Flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and coordination will be worked on each week while promoting positive self-confidence and self-esteem.
