Parkour is the sport of moving along a circuit through various obstacles in the quickest and most efficient manner possible, as by jumping, climbing, or running. This 50 minute class is targeted for children who want to get active and have fun. Using the fitness and gymnastics equipment we will direct your child’s energy towards a positive outlet, providing them the opportunity to master their flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and coordination. Your child will continue to practice their social skills, listening skills and increase their self-confidence.
